~ 14:00 - 15:00 ~

Arrive at venue and enjoy refreshments. We recommend arriving before 14:30 so you have some time to relax before the ceremony begins.

~ 15:00 - 16:00 ~

Wedding ceremony with the civil servant that will make everything official.

~ 16:00 - 18:00 ~

Reception and photos. While you enjoy a drink and some snacks we will ask some groups to come outside for pictures on the canals.

~ 18:00 - 22:00 ~

Dinner and speeches. Throughout the dinner we will have intermittens speeches. Your dinner preferences can be added in the registration form.

~ +1 day, 11:00 - 15:00 ~

Breakfast. This is optional, but if you are in town we would love to have breakfast together (at the same venue).

Can I speech?

Mikel is the speech manager, he will tell you about your options and limits. Either email him at mikel at palokaj dot co or whatsapp him if you have his number.

Do you have recommended hotels?

You can find good options on booking.com or airbnb.com. If you want a central place with nice ameneties we recommend Soho House.

Can I see you before the event?

If you will be in town before the ceremony day, please send us a message on Whatsapp so we can keep you posted.
